D’Arcy believes in people and their infinite capacity to change. She is a change advocate, with a business career spanning two continents, many cities and multiple public and private sector organisations.
D’Arcy had the great fortune to learn about how people change through personal and business experiences within different cultures and society throughout her life. She has lived in many different cities and countries and learned valuable lessons from these experiences. Leading many business transformation efforts she calls upon this experience and has many stories to help aid transition.
Working with both organisations and individuals leading and coaching using a rather well-stocked toolbox; incorporating critical thinking methods and mindful leadership along with a few other tips and tricks to achieve positive change. Leading technology, organisational and behaviour change initiatives with a combined Benefits, Change and Project management aligned to strategy and objectives. D’Arcy is the author of a forthcoming book, tentatively titled “Feed Your Shadow” discussing topics like, transformative change, wholeness, eudaimonia, mindful leadership, happiness and what constitutes a good life.
Currently, D’Arcy is leading a startup collaboration designed to change the way we view Aged Care. Working in partnership with Dr. Ellen Langer, author of Counterclockwise, she is bringing the Counterclockwise film production to Australia. As well as two (2) additional integrated projects forming the Australian Counterclockwise program for providing Mindful Aged Care.
